Th e inspiration behind starting this company stems from my deep passion for woodworking. What began as a passion has unknowingly grown into the scale we see today. rough my brand, I hope to enable local enthusiasts of solid wood furniture to easily acquire high-quality pieces without the need to go abroad.
To me, solid wood furniture is not just an ordinary piece of furniture; it is an artwork that brings warmth and a natural touch to living spaces. In today’s fast-paced world, having a piece of solid wood furniture at home is more than just utility – it o ers people a sense of tranquility and a connection to nature. Furthermore, I aspire to give new life to abandoned local wood, transforming it into both functional and aesthetically pleasing solid wood furniture masterpieces, bringing beauty and comfort to more homes.
In solid wood furniture production, properly drying the wood is key. Traditional air-drying takes 1 to 3 years to reduce moisture content to around 12%-18%, and it’s often inconsistent due to environmental factors. Our advanced drying technology cuts this process down to just 1-2 months, precisely controlling moisture to 10%-14%, the ideal range for stability. This helps prevent cracking and warping, making our furniture more durable and reliable.
Wood can’t be dried to 0% because it naturally retains some moisture, known as equilibrium moisture content (EMC). Our method optimizes this, resulting in superior quality compared to traditional air-drying.
